Nathan Dungan, founder and president
For over 20 years, Nathan has been an industry thought-leader on helping youth and adults link their money decisions to their values. Nathan speaks and consults nationally with families and organizations about the topic of money and the effects of mass marketing on money habits.

Twin Cities Public Television premiered a special created and hosted by Nathan called Money 'n Sanity in 2007. The program featured three generations of a family struggling to communicate their feelings and values around money and the effect it has on their relationships.

Nathan co-authored a textbook for high school students, Personal Finance: A Lifetime Responsibility released by EMC/Paradigm Publishing in 2009. The textbook covers current and relevant topics, including; responsible uses of debit and credit cards, identity theft, buying a car, and creating a budget while weaving the unique Share Save Spend program throughout the book. Nathan’s first book, Prodigal Sons and Material Girls: How Not to Be Your Child’s ATM (John Wiley), was released in 2003.

Nathan is one of the national media’s go-to experts on family finances. He has been widely quoted in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week, and TIME magazine, and has been a featured guest on CBS, CNN, PBS and public radio’s Marketplace Money, Sound Money and Speaking of Faith.

Nathan serves on the boards of the National Institute on Media and the Family, Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota and Minneapolis based YouthCARE. He earned his bachelors degree from St. Olaf College and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management Executive Development Program.

Prior to founding Share Save Spend he was a top-performing financial advisor and vice president of marketing for a Fortune™ 500 financial services company.
Pamela Diamond, managing director
Pamela Diamond focuses on business development and strategic partnerships. She has 30 years of marketing, community relations and organizational leadership experience. Pamela has served as the executive Director of DIVA Minnesota (formerly DIFFA Minnesota) and the executive director for Social Venture Partners Minnesota.
Susan Hawks, marketing director
Susan Hawks oversees marketing and communications for Share Save Spend. She has 11 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry and holds a master of business communications degree from the University of St. Thomas.
